Leaning against mountains, the south-facing temple covers an area of 12,000 square meters. It has a set of magnificent Buddhist Buildings, including the Hall of Heavenly Kings, the Grand Hall, Sutra Depository, Sixth Ancestor Hall, Lingzhao Pagoda and 690 Buddhist statues. Meanwhile, the temple boasts many national treasures, like the Dazang Sutra, decrees and cassocks from a thousand years ago. In addition, the temple is surrounded by lush trees among which there are several precious 40-meter-high huon pines from over a hundred years ago. You can relax and refresh yourself in the tranquility of Nanhua Temple.
