AUTUMN RENDEZVOUS AFTERNOON TEA @ GUANXI LOUNGE

Located on the hotel’s suspended link bridge connecting the building’s two towers, the Guanxi Lounge serves as a chic spot for casual gatherings. This autumn, Guanxi Lounge offers bird’s nest afternoon tea. Pastry Chef Kenny selects bird’s nest from Malaysia to create special snacks with a unique mocktail, making your skin in beauty and young. Chef recommended snacks including: Red bean pudding tastes fresh and sweet with the red bean in the pudding and nutritional bird’s nest. Mini mango pavlova uses traditional pavlova which parches at a low temperature for four hours. It presents different flavors with the fresh Australian mango on the top, white chocolate in the middle and custard sauce inside. The Bailey’s liqueur mini cheese cake will delight the diners from sight and taste with liqueur, smooth cheese and chocolate on the top.

NOURISHING AUTUMN DELICACIES @ THE PENTHOUSE

Chef Kevin is set to welcome the diners with nourishing delicacies made by aged tangerine peel from Xinhui which you cannot miss. Chef recommendations including roasted goose with abalone and aged tangerine peel, double-boiled wild duck soup with aged tangerine peel and double-boiled pear with aged tangerine peel. Grind the spices into powder to make the special sauce, then put the abalone and sauce into the goose tummy, pickle and bake in the oven. The roasted goose will surprise your taste buds with the abalone and age tangerine peel. The double-boiled wild duck soup with aged tangerine peel selects wild duck which tastes soft and sweet. And you cannot miss the double-boiled pear with aged tangerine peel which combines the flavor of aged tangerine peel and sweet pear.
