At noon, guests can make the healthy lunch by themselves in the cooking demo session following a nutrition talk by passionate Western Cuisine Chef Leo, sharing the trendy ideas about healthy diet. Indulge into the relaxing spiritual movement by Master Guo Jian, the Yoga Training and Education Master. Elegant ballet dancing while meditating makes a perfect physical and mental balance in the afternoon.
