Grand Hyatt Guangzhou appoints Fulvio Lancione as Executive Sous Chef

Grand Hyatt Guangzhou has selected Mr. Fulvio Lancione as its Western Executive Sous Chef, effective August 23, 2018.

Mr. Fluvio Lancione has been working in the culinary field for over 25 years. In 2002, he worked as Chef De Partie for Hotel Splendid Royal. He then spent around 13 years in major five star hotels and leading Michelin star restaurants such as Il Pellicano, (2* Michelin) in Italy, Spain, England, Bermuda and Australia. In 2015, he was employed as Head Chef of The Westin Sydney. After travelling around Europe and Australia, Chef Fulvio selected China for his first Asian Debut. With his various culinary experiences and creations, it is believed that Mr. Fluvio Lancione will bring a fresh and unique gastronomy experience to local gourmet diners.
