From now to March 31, Indian chef Pawan is preparing Punjab delicacies at the International Pavilion restaurant with unique spices and recipes newly discovered during his latest trip back home, ready to reclaim the taste buds of foodies in a whole new way.
The Indian delicacy season, unveiled with Curry Night held March 8, offers a themed Indian barbecue carnival, “Night of Bollywood,” every Saturday night. Together with stunning exotic performances, it provides customers an opportunity to experience age-old Indian culture without having to travel far.
And in celebration of Easter, the catering team of the hotel will prepare an Easter Brunch Party at its beachfront area, lighting up the spring holiday with mouthwatering food and drink from across the world and an onsite DJ performance.
