Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen presents an upgraded seafood extravaganza for its daily lunch and dinner buffet.
Guests can enjoy a mouth-watering variety of crabs from around the world and exclusive lobster ice cream. Crab varieties include Alaska’s crab legs, North Korea’s fiddler crab, Vietnam’s soft-shell crab and so on. The crab’s fresh flavour is revealed through various cooking methods, such as in Boiled Crab with Chilli in Liquor, Sautéed Crab in Yellow Wine, Liquor-Soaked Crabs, Spicy Crab, Wok-Fried Crab with Ginger and Onion and more.
A collection of quality seafood are also presented on the Ice crustacean bar, such as freshly shucked oyster, baby abalone, snail, flower crab and more, which are served with various sauces to give them a rich-taste experience.
In addition, seafood delicacies cooked in Chinese and Western styles cannot be missed, including Grilled Prawns with Garlic, Gratin Oyster with Garlic and Chilli Sauce, Scalded Prawns, Fresh Squid in Hot Chilli Oil, Baked Oyster with Onion and Bacon, Grilled Fish Fillet in Lemon Butter Sauce and over hundreds of tasty culinary creations accompanied by an unlimited flow of wine, beer, chilled juice and soft drink.
The Seafood Extravaganza lunch buffet is priced at RMB148 per person from Monday to Friday and at RMB198 per person during weekends. Dinner buffet is priced at RMB288 between Monday and Sunday. All prices are subject to a 15 per cent service charge.
